Important Labeling Changes

You may have seen, or will start to see, some language changes in our container labeling and product bulletins regarding lead content and phthalates. These changes are made to lessen the confusion regarding content, but to clarify these changes, we have asked our Product Manager, John Hatcher, to elaborate on what the change in verbiage means

CPSIA (HR 4040) – Implementation Update

Here’s a bit of good news! Due to the continuing controversy surrounding the implementation of the testing and certification requirements of the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA), the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) recently announced that it is extending the stay of enforcement for lead and phthalate testing and certification.
